Shipping and Delivery

For all U.S. orders, we offer shipping through UPS and USPS, including expedited options. Customers can choose the shipping option that works best for them at check out. 

For international orders, we offer shipping through UPS, USPS, and DHL, including expedited options. Customers can choose the shipping option that works best for them at check out and are required to pay any VAT fees associated with their order upon delivery. 

Orders can take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, packages are generally received within 5-7 business days of the shipment date for orders within the U.S. 

You will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can then use this to track your order online. If you do not receive your order within the timeframe above, please email info@patternvillage.com and we will look into right away. 

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, www.patternvillage.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax charges. If there are any cancelations, we will let you know via email.
